Sales Terms, Shipping Information & Returns


All items on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only items that are available for purchase, occasionally we may list an item that is unavailable. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Although we strive to ensure that each product image is as accurate as possible, some pieces may appear slightly smaller or larger than their actual size. Further, various factors, including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may affect how the product image displays on your screen. We are not responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of our merchandise on your computer screen, and cannot guarantee the accuracy.

Product prices are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the customer’s money if we find that a price was listed incorrectly.

Although we strive to ensure that all product details are 100% accurate, there may be occasions where product descriptions contain errors. We reserve the right to change product details and images at any time (including after you have submitted your order) at our discretion.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to return any unworn, unaltered items for a full refund or store credit. You must return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.



Items marked “Special Order” are either not currently in stock in our store, need to be custom made, or require further information from the customer. Please expect several weeks delivery time and call our store to make your order.



We offer a flat rate 2-Day shipping fee of $25. 

Generally items ship within 48 hours or two business days. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure that items are shipped the day after the order is placed, if placed on a business day. If an item is ordered after 3pm GMT (Boulder, CO is in the Mountain Time Zone), we will consider the order is received the next business day.  Here are some other shipping items you may need to know:

  • In some instances, order and payment processing may take up to 24 hours and may delay shipment. 
  • If an item is being altered (sizing, engraving, etc), then shipment may take an additional 2-3 weeks.

Because your items are valuable, we use FedEx. FedEx requires a signature for all orders over $500. Please do your best to ensure that someone will be able to sign for the delivery when it arrives!

There are extended hours during the holidays and currently, fall construction hours. 

Things to know about rings!

Rings ordered in sizes not in stock may take 2-3 weeks to ship. They are also non-refundable.

If you see a ring you love and it’s not able to be sized specifically for you, remember at Walters and Hogsett we specialize in custom design

As always, your shipping includes complimentary gift wrapping!



Returns must be received by us in the original box and in brand new condition, accompanied by the original receipt along with your name, address and phone number. Please note, we do not accept returns on visibly worn items, custom-made items or altered items.

Please indicate if you would like to receive store credit, and we would be happy to issue full credit to your account, which does not expire.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been sized, engraved or otherwise altered, either by us, or by a third party.

Walters & Hogsett is not responsible for lost packages, therefore you should insure all shipments.

Returns may take up to two weeks to process, and approximately a month to appear on your credit card statement.
