In order to enter the Contest, you (“Contestant”) must agree to these Official Rules (“Rules”). The Rules consist of the terms and conditions on this page. These Rules will form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Contest, please read them carefully. Contestants must agree to these Rules to be eligible for the Contest. Contestant agrees registration for this Contest and/or a submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes an agreement to these Rules.

To enter, Contestant must be a resident of the United States and at least eighteen (18) years of age. Contestants must submit contact information with entry in order to be eligible to try to win the giveaway. This Contest is void where prohibited. Employees of Walters & Hogsett and their families are not eligible.

Contestant must be following Walters & Hogsett on Instagram in order to be eligible to win. Only Contestants meeting the eligibility standards may make entries to the contest. The Contest begins at 9 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) Thursday, September 4, 2025 and closes at 12 a.m. MDT Monday, September 30, 2025. Only one entry per Contestant will be accepted. Business will notify the winner within 24 hours of drawing. Business accepts no responsibility for submissions lost, delayed, damaged, not received, or howsoever caused.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Prizes include: One $1,500 gift certificate to Walters & Hogsett Jewelers. This certificate cannot be used to purchase loose gemstones, repairs, and service. Walters & Hogsett will select one winner, through a random drawing upon conclusion of the Contest Period. Walters & Hogsett will notify the winner via Instagram DM and/or email as well as on an Instagram Reel. The winner shall have five (5) days to respond before an alternate winner is selected.

Odds of winning a prize are dependent on the number of entries received. An entry during the length of this contest makes a Contestant eligible for the prize drawing. The prize awarded to the eligible winner is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Winner must present state authorized identification prior to claiming the prize. Winner must execute a waiver and release of liability as a condition of award of the prize.

This contest is sponsored by Walters & Hogsett Jewelers, with a principal place of business at 2425 Canyon Blvd Unit J Boulder, Colorado 80302. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to Sponsor.

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that Walters & Hogsett may collect and use the personal information they provide for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes. Personal information collected will be used only by Walters & Hogsett for Contest administration, recordkeeping, and—if the entrant consents—for future marketing promotions. Walters & Hogsett will not sell, rent, or share entrant information with third parties. Entrants may request to be removed from any marketing or notification system at any time by submitting a written request to Walters & Hogsett’s Marketing Team. Such removal will not affect eligibility in the Contest if made after entry. If required data is not provided, an entrant may not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

Except where prohibited, by participating in this Contest, you agree and hereby grant Walters & Hogsett permission to use, copy, modify and make available your submissions to the public for any purpose, such as, but not limited to, press and media communications, without further compensation to you. You also agree to participate in any media or promotional activity regarding the Contest. If you are a winner, you agree that Walters & Hogsett may use your name and likeness to administer and promote the Contest or marketing activations and to conduct media interviews and promotional events.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the City of Boulder, the State of Colorado, and the United States of America. By entering the Contest, Contestant agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including Walters & Hogsett Rules and Regulations. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by Walters & Hogsett’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including due to hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, or congestion, will not be eligible. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the contest in any manner or through any means other than those described, or who attempts to disrupt the Contest or to circumvent these Official Rules or commits fraud or submits false information. Sponsor reserves the right to update the Official Rules at any time and will do their best to keep Contestants informed of changes but it is ultimately the responsibility of each Contestant to be aware of any updates. No substitutions for prizes except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Any Local, State, or Federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Contest winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likenesses for editorial and publicity purposes, without further compensation. Participation in this Contest constitutes agreement by Contestant to release and hold harmless sponsors and any of its, employees, agents, or successors and assigns and affiliates against any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in this Contest or use, misuse, or redemption of a prize. Winners will be chosen at random from the entries received.

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH CONTESTANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT CONTESTANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR, AND ALL ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.
