SALES TERMS

All items on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only items that are available for purchase, occasionally we may list an item that is unavailable. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We strive to ensure that each product image is as accurate as possible, however some pieces may appear slightly smaller or larger than their actual size. Various factors, including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may affect how the product image displays on your screen. We are not responsible for the display of any color, texture, or detail of our merchandise on your computer screen, and cannot guarantee the accuracy.

Product prices are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the customer’s money if we find that a price was listed incorrectly.

Although we aim to ensure that all product details are 100% accurate, there may be occasions where product descriptions contain errors. We reserve the right to change product details and images at any time (including after you have submitted your order) at our discretion.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to return any unworn, unaltered items for a full refund or store credit. You must return your purchase within 30 days of the date it was received.

SPECIAL ORDER

Items marked “Special Order” are either not currently in stock in our store, need to be custom made, or require further information from the customer. Please expect longer delivery times and call our store to make your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer complimentary 2-3 day shipping. If you need your package sooner, there will be an additional charge for expedited shipping.  

Generally items ship within 48 hours or two business days. However, we do our absolute best to ensure that items are shipped the day after the order is placed. If placed on a weekend the package will be processed on the following Monday. If an item is ordered after 3pm MST, we will consider the order received on the next business day. Here are some other shipping items you may need to know:

• In some instances, order and payment processing may take up to 24 hours and may delay shipment. 
• If an item is being altered (sizing, engraving, etc), then shipment may take an additional 2-3 weeks.
• We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Your items are valuable, therefore we use FedEx who requires a signature for all orders over $500. Please do your best to ensure that someone will be able to sign for the delivery when it arrives.

As always, your shipping includes complimentary gift wrapping!

Special Information on Rings. 

• Rings ordered in sizes not in stock may take 2-3 weeks to ship. They are also non-refundable.
• If you see a ring you love and it’s not able to be sized specifically for you, remember at Walters and Hogsett we specialize in custom design!
