Between Ladies Night & The Doggie Dash, the last week for us here at Walters & Hogsett has been quite festive!
On Thursday, September 14th we had our store jamming with over 75 fabulous ladies who joined us for a night of cocktails and light appetizers as they got to see firsthand the amazing jewelry of Monica Rich Kosann and Sethi Couture.
Sethi Couture is a jewelry line owned by two sisters: Prerna & Pratima Sethi. Designer Pratima Sethi graced us with her presence and wowed guests with all the gorgeous pieces from the sisters’ line. Although every lady that walked by couldn’t help and stop to gawk at the beautiful shine and design of Sethi Couture, the stacking rings got some extra attention. As you can imagine, no one could walk by without at least trying a couple on! Leslie Dohrn from Monica Rich Kosann was also present, introducing event attendees to the line’s generational pieces, which blend current trends and timelessness to give you a little piece of art that you will definitely want to wear forever. The ladies loved getting to see a jewelry collection that tells a story and can be personalized by the wearer, like Kosann’s collection of locket necklaces and bracelets, as well as her charming poesy rings. Check out some of the night’s most talked about pieces below:
Following Ladies Night, we joined in on all the fun happening Saturday, September 17th at the annual Boulder Humane Society’s Doggie Dash, a 2-mile stroll/run that takes place at the Boulder Reservoir and allows both two and four-legged friends to participate. For those less inclined to dash, the event also featured a beer garden, community expo, a delicious breakfast sponsored by Whole Foods, and a dog treat bar to make any Fido drool with joy.
As sponsors of the event, the team at Walters & Hogsett was in attendance introducing event participants to the cutest thing you could ever wear around your fingers: Dog Fever rings! These delightful rings showcase your favorite breed (20 different breeds in the collection so far!) and the love for your best four-legged friend in a tangible, sterling silver sort of way, the way only jewelry can do! Has your favorite dog breed been made in a Dog Fever ring yet?
